Description

I went in thinking this would only need a hyphen for Distraction-Free Writing, but now believe there is also an issue with the plus signs being used with two different meanings and with a lack of proximity between the sentence about Ctrl/Command and the table it applies to.

Also, are these things: shortcuts, hotkeys, access keys, access key combinations, key commands? Could be too large a can of worms this late, and I would feel lucky to get even the hyphen.

[18103] eliminates these problems. Still could use a more consistent naming for these keys as a set: access or hot or shortcut or command?
