Description
Just as MovableType does (if I remember correctly)..
Basically show the status of saving, pinging, or plugin activity while saving.

A better goal is to eliminate the delay altogether. Saving a post isn't hard, it's the Pingbacks and the enclosures that take so long. We've been trying to get these things moved around so that you're not waiting on them to save your post. A discussion on wp-hackers pretty much came to the conclusion that the whole "saving... pinging..." thing avoids the real problem.
