Please check the attachment: (ar.gif).

  1. (Paragraph) should be aligned to right.
  1. This box should be moved slightly to left.

As mentioned on #17796, tinymce's css files have never been proprely RTLized.
Too late to do that on 3.2, but definitely something for 3.3.
