WordPress.org Support Forums Mobile Theme

I mentioned this on Twitter earlier today and Nacin replied that if I coded something up he'd be happy to deploy it.

So here is a ticket to discuss the possible mobile theme for the support forums. Theme could be released later on as well with bbPress possibly?

I'm obviously not super familiar with how WordPress.org works. However, my initial thought is that we could just css @media queries to target mobile devices?

How do the core devs suggest I (or most likely someone else) tackle this? @nacin, maybe we can look at this together during #wcmtl hackfest on sunday :)

This will be part of a the larger project to make all the various themes response.
