all_items CPT string is not documented

I searched for explanation of new all_items CPT string, but could not find anything except this changeset - ​http://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/17864

It is string for first submenu, I guess. It should be documented in get_post_type_labels() function (in source code) and in register_post_type() function in Codex.
