I've installed it, tweaked it and tested it. Others have tested it, too. It seems to work better than the last version, although we can expect the actual 2.0 release to improve slightly. Let's get this in so people can mess with it. :-)

The overall diff is huge and possibly not the best way to move the changes, so I've included a diff of wp-admin and a tar of the whole thing.
