Description

Activate any plugin from the Plugins screen and then perform a search for another plugin on the resulting screen.

Note that the "Plugin activated." message is retained.

Here's a patch, however, shouldn't the plugin search form really use the GET method instead of POST? If so, there are nonces and referrer variables that are included in hidden fields in that form too. Not sure of their purpose.
