Description
When logged into the Dashboard users will see a "Updates (2)" notification at the top of the screen (assuming that they have 2 out of date plugins/themes, the number is irrelevant).
When they click on the notification they're taken to the update screen which lists the out of date plugins and themes. It even conveniently lists the current installed version numbers and the new version numbers so that users have a rough idea of how out of date their plugins are.
However, there's no "View version X details" link on the Update page, but there is a such a link on the regular Plugins page. Meaning that when a user clicks the nag at the top of the screen, they've just been taken to a page that doesn't offer any explanation of what the changes are, even though that information is readily available on a different page.
For a frequent WordPress user such as myself, I find this inconvenient, and no longer bother clicking the "Updates" nag at the top of the screen, but rather skip immediately to clicking the Plugins tab on the side of the screen. Basically meaning that the Updates screen is irrelevant for me.
Is there any chance that we can add the "View Version X Details" link to the Update screen?

I'm quite impressed by your ability to supplement such a small feature request with a screencast that lasts over three minutes. Bonus points for enthusiasm, no points for succinctness :)
