Get rid of Technorati in explanation of privacy settings

Description

Both in the installer and in the multi-site signup, we explain the privacy settings by saying "search engines like Google, Technorati". Since Technorati is basically gone and nobody uses it anymore, I think it's time we switch that to Google & Bing.
