previous and next post links not showing when content in Private ?

I could not find anywhere how to display the previous and next links when the posts were private

I'm sure there is a solution, surely using post_status=private & hide_empty=0
but I'm not good enough to figure out a solution

how can I fix this issue with previous_post_link & next_post_link ???
