Description

Using # to mean permalink was a standard web convention until Chris Messina started the hashtag trend. Now it signifies a tag, and for newer users who are used to Twitter, not old school permalink links, it's confusing. Let's change the # to View Post (or Page, or Whatever) for the link that goes to the live site view. This will conform with the terminology used in action links on edit.php and the post editor, and will also provide a larger click target.

Thought we had a ticket for this before but didn't see it in first few pages of search results, so if anyone sees the other one, can link and close.
