Multisite admin bar overflow issue when too many sites are created.

Description

In WP mu / multisite the admin bar shows a "My Sites" tap with a dropdown menu. The dropdown menu disappears off screen when too many sites are created. See screen dump.

This has been brought up before. Seems #15317 is the master ticket, although no traction.
