• At the right of admin bar, the profile menu.

when hovering 'Howdy', bckground color turns white,
profile name & gravatar appears (again, already in admin bar))
Log Out should be always the last option with a separator and a grey background (like 'Add New' User option)
see ticket # (including capability to includes plugin options thru apply_filters)

I don't want there to be any hint of Log out being "grayed out," so closing as won't fix. Styling on users under Add New is likely to change also.
