Text Inconsistency on the Edit Page

While editing a page, under the Page Attributes section, it says "Need help? Use the Help tab in the upper right of your screen."

The help tab isn't in the upper right of the screen anymore. Shouldn't it say something like, "Need help? Use the Help tab in the Admin bar."

Changes text to "Need help? Use the Help tab in the Admin Bar at the top of your screen."

Not sure if "tab" is the right term though

"menu" seems to be a better match to what's in core

Help will be moving out of the admin bar back down into the area of the h2 as a right-justified link. We might want to say "Help link" depending on what the final design look like.
