Description
This spawns from my comment on the admin ui thread: http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/18197#comment:143
Now that we've moved the Help/Screen Options menus back out of the admin bar, it seems non-intuitive that you open the Help menu on the right side, then have to move your mouse all the way across to switch between the sub-tabs (Navigation, Layout, Content, etc.).
Shouldn't the sub-navigation and "For more information" be flipped now that the Help button is no longer directly above where said sub-tabs now reside?

I don't know, seems weird. Especially since there's also a sidebar in play.
I get that it requires some mouse movement, but chances are, you'll be reading the first tab first anyway.
Wasn't there a mockup somewhere with horizontal tabs in this menu at one point?
Frankly, I rarely even look in the Help menu myself, but it seems odd that the menu link would all the way on one side and the sub-nav all the way on the other. I don't know what the solution is, maybe we should just leave it and see if anybody complains.
