Description

In the Welcome screen at the dashboard, there's a text in "Create some content" that says "Delete the sample post and page." and the link on page goes to /wp-admin/edit-comments.php

There might be a bit of a problem with the suggested sequence of actions: if a user moves current About page to Trash and then creates a new About page, it will get about-2 slug.

Probably should say "Delete the sample post and fill in the About page."

Because of this the slug is sample-page. ;)

I have a feeling that the second link is accurate. Ideally there will then be a pointer aimed at the "Add New" button.

I think it's better to keep "has-patch" tag on closed tickets for consistency (it still has a patch), rather than randomly remove it.
