$allowedposttags doesn't permit id attribute on div

Description

The $allowedposttags global includes div tags, but the id attribute is omitted. All other attributes that are valid under the HTML 4.0.1 standard are included.

I'm surprised this hasn't come up earlier. If there's an existing ticket out there for this, I can't find it.
