RTL fix for Login screen

Description

In 3.2 RTL, "Login" button was on the left and "Remember Me" checkbox was on the right.

In 3.3, it's vice versa, like on non-RTL install (see the screenshots).

Introduced in [8632]: http://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/8632#file5

Probably needs a feedback from a native RTL user.
