Description
I should be a feature. Some developers could use a preview to see there site as a mobile one on there computers so they can fix things without using a mobile. Like when somebody has an iPhone that way they can check how an Android would preform.

This can't be done from WordPress, It's up to the browser how a website is displayed.
You can use something such as the Opera Mobile Emulator to run a mobile browser on a desktop however.
