Description

Auto-suggest in the Bulk Edit area for post_tag's was fixed in 3.3. Let's add support for all other non-hierarchy tax's in 3.4.

Can we align this with Quick Edit stuff instead of maintaining the same thing in two places? Some sort of selector or data-* attribute cleanup seems like it might also be a good idea.
