The "Widget Improvement" section needs to reflect that widgets from previous themes may be kept for more than one week.

A bit over the top for what it really does. Perhaps:

Everything else looks good.

Is there any desire to add links to pages or documentation referenced? Might be a nice thing for 3.4 to have "Learn more" Codex articles at the ready.
