Different screens, different widths

Description

Hi,

There is a issue with widths screens.

It seems that the admin site screen has a fixed or max width and the Network admin has full width.

Which browser? Disable your plugins and clear the cache, does it still exists?

The font style for the comment is also brokem, seems like a plugin issue.

Admin UI only has a min-width.
