We can't use the current flag icon due to licensing issues. We'll need a new one here.

It can't be used due to licensing. It served as a placeholder, but got forgotten.

It didn't get forgotten. When we had Ben do the updates and + icons for the toolbar the other day we asked him to do a new flag as well, but said we would swap that out by RC2 bc we were already trying to get RC1 out the door, and as it would be the same size it shouldn't cause any problems.
