ocean90: Jane: Is it now Toolbar or Admin Bar or both?
Jane: toolbar
Jane: admin bar was turn-off-able
Jane: toolbar is header + admin bar, part of dashboard nav
ocean90: And on frontend?
ocean90: I ask because of "Show Admin Bar when viewing site"
Jane: on front end it is optional
ocean90: I know, I mean the name
Jane: ah
Jane: we should have changed it
Jane: oh well

We also reference "the Toolbar (formerly called the Admin Bar)" in the help text, so we need to fix this.
