"Select All" on network plugin updates doesn't select everything.

Description
The "Available Updates" screen on WordPress MultiSite has a "Select All" checkbox at the top and bottom of the plugin list. Clicking on this this checkbox does not cause the other checkboxes to become checked.

Cannot confirm. It works here.
I had a similar issue once when a plugin replaced the built-in jQuery version. Disable all plugins and use the default theme.
