initial v1 10 10 11 11 When starting a post all formats will be visible until the user selects one. Not selecting a format = 'standard'. When editing a post if there's no format we assume 'standard' (same as now). 12 13 Edit: don't think we need to tell the difference between Standard-as-choice and Standard-as-default. This works well as is now: new posts (post_status == 'auto-draft') have the 'standard' post format by default. If the user clicks 'standard', we hide the rest. If format is never set, all formats are visible until Save Draft or Publish. When editing a post we show the current post format, default or not.
