Images only show when admin is logged on

Component: General Keywords: images dont display

Description

If I create a post and use the bulit in image uploader and publish the post with the image attached, on the main site if a guest appears on the site they are given a error "Sorry, no posts matched your criteria." But if you are logged on as admin the image shows, seems to be doing it with all images.

I've also noticed that is adds a extra / when viewing attached images example:

Vazz, I can replicate the extra slash issue but I cannot get my latest to deny a guest access to the attachment post. Can you retest and provide more information?

From reinstalling wordpress 2.0 RC1 (November 30th) the extra slash has gone and images work fine with posts however it is still doing it with posting pages So for example if I make a new page with a uploaded image (displayed in its own page) its still saying "Sorry, no posts matched your criteria." I think its the database which I am dreading if it is.

I cannot replicate this problem on my testing servers. Please recreate the problem with a fresh upload and post, and leave the URL here for inspection and reopen this ticket.
