Description

Steps to reproduce:

Add a HTML5 nav element in the post edit box in 'HTML' mode
Click the 'Visual' tab
Click back to the 'HTML' tab
TinyMCE creates a   in the post edit box.

With each switch, a new   is added to the post edit box.
