    1 I would also really like to see this added. I (and many others) use WordPress as a CMS for websites and rather than editing posts, contributors added to edit pages. In many of these cases, at the very least, they should have the ability to edit/delete their own media. However, even with custom roles/plugins/etc. I cannot give users the ability to edit/delete even their own media without giving them the related posts permissions.
