Ticket #19836, comment 3
initial v1 4 4 Been hearing about this happening randomly. There are no PHP errors, no server errors and no HTTP errors however some (larger) js and/or css files are truncated sometimes. Not really sure what could be causing this, at one point was able to trace it to faulty net cache at the ISP. 5 5 6 However in your case it seems connected to the server since it started happening after updating PHP. Don't think it has anything to do with the PHP version, perhaps some serversetting or loadable module, etc.6 However in your case it seems connected to the server since it started happening after updating PHP.
