Text bold & center ... doesn't work as hoped.

Description

1) Start a new post, don't write a thing

2) Click on bold

3) Click on center the text

4) Start to write

You will see that the text WON'T appear in bold.

It doesn't work in 3.3.1 but works for me in current trunk.

Seems to be fixed by #19969.
