Description
The link edit radio buttons should have the same name, but for the target and visible selections, they don't.
My patch adds in the correct names ("link_target" and "link_visible", respectively).
This fixes the error mentioned here: http://comox.textdrive.com/pipermail/wp-testers/2005-December/001176.html
