Category listing looses hierarchy when parents are selected

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start a new post
  2. Check the checkbox of a parent category that has child categories. Add a new category using the form below and choose the category you just checked as a parent category. The existing child categories will no longer be listed indented under their parent.
