Adding information to mails sent by the system

When an email is sent by the system to author/moderator to notify about new comment it is nicer to have a quick way to determine the commenter's country.

I added a link for such a service which is based on Maxmind's module.

There is already a filter 'comment_notification_text'. You may use it in a plugin. I see no need to add this to the core. Plus, if such a service suddenly isn’t available anymore we would deliver millions of invalid links.
