Description

In gallery tab, if you click Show, Delete is a blue link furthest to right with Insert into Post button on left, rather than our standard of Delete being red and on the left and the submit button being to the right. Can we fix this for the sake of consistency?

Swapping the position puts the main button in a weird place. Could punt the whole thing to 3.5 to pair with #15956.
