Upgrade to Jcrop v0.9.10

We're running v0.9.8 and v0.9.10 is out. I couldn't find a changelog but here's the commits:

Just wantd to put in my +1 from the BuddyPress community, we need jcrop 0.9.10 as it includes touch support and alot of people want avatar and image capabilities on touch devices. I want to add image upload and avatar support in BuddyPress mobile when iOS 6 drops.

Can this update be put into 3.5, please? Ticket has a patch. BuddyPress would benefit directly as we use it for interactive avatar cropping, and this would let people do that on mobile browsers.

I was just developing something using the 0.9.8 version with the current WordPress version and it broke in Safari 6.
Not sure if that impacts the current WordPress admin (I was using quite a customised implementation of Jcrop), but +1 for including v0.9.10 in 3.5
