Slug Latin Characters

When WP cleans the slug, it's also removing some latins characters instead of replace them, as "Ç" by "C" or "Ã" by "A" and so on. See attached.

Can you reproduce this on a clean install?

I get "Dissolução" converted to "dissolucao" in a post slug in both WordPress 3.3.2 and 3.4-beta4.

The plugin bug was fixed with the 1.1.8 version here
