Fixes issue where uploading errors causes tabs to break

Fixes issue where after uploading the user is redirected to the end of the list

Removes Cancel button from initial Upload screen

Fixes issue where Cancel button doesn't return user to same browsing point

Reinstates Delete popup menu item

Styles popups to accommodate longer menus

Fixes issue where attachments with icons (audio, etc.) spoiled the menus of other items

Fixes issue where icon styling not reverted after deselecting icon option
