Description
Somewhere along the line, the markup for the collapse button/return link in install theme preview frame became outdated. Moving the elements to their respective places and removing some dead CSS will fix the problem.
Patch attached, tested in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, IE9, and IE8.
