In ru_RU package, Press This sidebar is 45px wider due to longer strings.

This results in some overlapping with editor buttons (see the screenshot).

Extending the window by 10px would fix this.

Editor buttons are a bit more narrow since [22025], so the additional CSS changes from 20975.2.patch​ are no longer needed.

Refreshed the patch and the screenshots. Moving for consideration along with #21997.
