child page and image-name conflict if having the same name

Alright, this one is pretty nasty:
Site.com, create a page called parent, so it would become site.com/parent
Then add an image to this page - named child-page.jpg

Add a child-page to the parent, so it would become site.com/parent/child-page
Add content to the child page, try accessing it.

You will see the image child-page.jpg and the page title, but no content!
