Add option for user to upload profile images.

Description
It will be better if there is an option in the profile page for the user to upload profile images. Currently this can be done by plugins only. Since most of the sites provides this option; adding this feature will be a very good option which could help. Also if there is an additional cropping functionality for images it will add extra advantage.
