Permalink Options: Instructions to 'select all' is Windows-specific

Description

"Click in the field and press CTRL + a to select all." is Windows-specific, and is not correct for all operating systems. For example, in OS X the key is CMD + a.

Technically, it's not Windows specific. Many other desktop enviroments use CTL + A for that purpose. That said, we can probably mention both bindings.

rboren is techincally correct, but for firefox users on any platform (if I am correct) ctrl+a does not select all. Not the greatest thing to have when there's a GET FIREFOX button at the bottom of the admin panel
