Description
At the upload interface the text is "קבצים לבחור" istead of "לבחור קבצים".
It seems that the flash is flipped the translated text in hebrew.

That screenshot looks like it's made in WordPress 3.2.1.
In 3.3, a new file uploader was introduced (#18206), which uses HTML5 first and should fall back to Flash only in IE if Silverlight is not installed.
Could you check if the issue still exists in 3.4.1?
