initial v1 12 12 2) Click enter on keyboard[[BR]] 13 13 3) Tabbing jumps to toolbar, and next tab focuses on WordPress logo. 14 15 EDIT: On second glance, the "Skip to toolbar" link doesn't appear to be a part of this patch. Happy to add this report to another ticket.
