SimplePie old version. PHP deprecated code in core.

Step 1. Download a fresh copy of wordpress

Step 2. View file /wordpress/wp-includes/class-simplepie.php

Step 3. Search for "$this->sanitize =& new SimplePie_Sanitize;"

This is PHP deprecated code.

SimplePie version shipped with WP is v1.2.1.

Any reason to not upgrade SimplePie to v1.3?
