Custom Fields

After doing the most recent core update I found an issue with custom fields, when trying to add custom fields to a page it doesn't let you add more than one without saving the page after each one. When you add a field, new or existing and click the "Add Custom Field Button" it doesn't visually add it to the page, if you save or refresh the page it then shows it saved, but you have to do this every time you add a field.
