Flickr "Blog This" function loses formatting when being posted to WP2 blog

Description
This may take a little explaining, but ever since I changed to WP2, the layout settings I specified in Flick for the Blog This function (ie classes for the image and what not) are not being published with the post.
I have double checked Flickr incase the settings were screwed up on their end, but it's not, I published to a WP1.5.2 blog and the formatting came through no problem, has there been changes to the xmlrpc file that I'm not aware of?
Also, Ryan Boren suggested I "bump" the user posting to administrator, but I am the only user of the blog

I just posted from Flickr a few days ago, and all the markup was still there. Maybe a plugin or stray setting is messing it up?
