Press This needs a little love

There are a couple of quick, minor things that could be done to bring press-this.php up to the times:

• decrease primary "publish" button height to match "save draft" button
• decrease width of tags text box to keep add button on same line
• retina media icons
• retina WP logo in colors-fresh and colors-classic

One last little tweak. Decreased width of "Add from URL" field in 21997.2b.diff to avoid having a horizontal scroll.

Removed .regular and duplicate retina wp logo images in 21997.2b.updated.diff.

The image media button isn't aligned well in 21997.2b.updated.diff​, and it seems lame to add a 2x version of that icon when it should be consolidated to just use the general media icon instead. Maybe this really needs to come together with #19569?

Not much left in 21997.3.diff, but I still think it's worth committing (as it still fixes 2 minor bugs).
