Automatically set the email for the trac account after logging in

Description

The trac installs use the credentials from wordpress.org.

However, after you log in, you need to set your email address manually to get notifications from trac.

I think we'd have a lot less tickets with 'reporter-feedback' hanging around if the email address was automatically populated after a user first logged into trac.
